I received an email saying that an account on this website was created with my name and email. I did not do this. Please delete my account.

If you suspect your email address has been compromised and usurped in order to create a CANAL+ account, we advice you to delete this account. On that matter, go to Espace Client CANAL+ (customer area) and click on "Compte", section "Supprimer mon compte CANAL+" (delete my account).

Same problem here I would like my account gone. I changed my password for now but I did not create this account. Woke up to an email and saw someone created it using my email.

I have the same issue. I do not know English, but used a translator to get here.
Please delete my account and I would like the ip address of the creator so I can possibly go to the police if there is more created or credit card used. Thank you.
