Hello, I want to telecharge to PC (windows 11) and have downloaded the app. However, the message : 'Authentification requise' appears and I'm stuck. I already adjust the quality in the settings but I am not able to continue.
The suggestion, use the "MyCanal" app from de MS Store is impossible. It is not there anymore.
Do you have a solution ?

Bonjour,
Sur conseil du support, j'ai installé l'appli sous Windows. j'ai le même message après installation : "Erreur d'authentification. Recommencer la séquence d'authentification".
Pas de problème lorsque j'utiise le navigateur.
Avez-vous eu une solution ?
