Soit disant l’espace client a un alien... et pour le téléphone personne est capable de répondre .. je veut juste me désabonner de canal

I can't get my system to work. I would appreciate customer support to tell what the problem.
I would like an agent to come to my house and look at the canal+ plus boxes and the system As I have many problems. The 2 boxes might need to be changed. I don't know.
Please advise.
