I have received a letter dated 18 March 2020 but I do not understand it. What does it mean? Do I have to take any action?

This letter informs you that because of a dysfunction of our system you received an incomplete letter regarding the cancellation of your subscription.
But don't worry, the limit date of your cancellation has been postponed until April 31st. You can send a cancellation letter available on your "Espace Client" (Customer Space) up until this day.
