Hello, I requested the resiliation of my abonnement due to i moved out of france and sent this letter by certified post.  I have the receive from the post that the letter was received but today I check my bank acccount and I still have a payment taken from MyCanal. I need you to stop this as I am not living anymore in France.

this is MohamedNagib Elzaharna, 64 rue DAntibes 06400 Canne  we only have this address for our vaccation, we never asked to have canal+ and we never signed any contracts. we caled you when we where in cannes last and asked you to stop sending payment request to our bank, and you inssidted that we pay the dues before cancelation the thing we Did and sent you a letter to confirm on 05/05/2022 to confirm our request. we have your email confirming receipt of our letter .yet our bank still receiving your request to pay.  we simply cannot pay for something we never asked nor signed for.
