I have never subscribed to Canal plus but might have received the first few months free when we bought a new TV from darty. Later I received a letter from the bailiff for unpaid payment, which we paid to bailliff's website directly but still I am getting bills for the service we do not use. Please help us cancel the subscription and regulrtise the account.
