An account was created using my email address. I do not use/need this service, and do not know who performed this action. I would like this account to be deleted and all records purged.

If you suspect your email address has been compromised and usurped in order to create a CANAL+ account, we advice you to delete this account. On that matter, go to Espace Client CANAL+ (https://client.canalplus.com/compte/) (customer area) and click on "Compte", section "Supprimer mon compte CANAL+" (delete my account).
If you do not know the password that was used for this account, please click on "Mot de passe oublié" (forgotten password) on the login page.
