Someone signed up with my email address. This seems to be happening a lot based on the other posts like this in this forum. I also could not find a way to contact support without being a paid subscriber.

If you suspect your email address has been compromised and usurped in order to create a CANAL+ account, we advice you to delete this account. On that matter, go to Espace Client CANAL+ (customer area) and click on "Compte", section "Supprimer mon compte CANAL+" (delete my account).
If you do not know the password that was used for this account, please click on "Mot de passe oublié" (forgotten password) on the login page.
