Hello.

Sorry for writing in English.

I just made a subscription to canalplus. I was hoping this subscription would allow me to watch the T14 Rugby matches. But it doesn't. I need to get a more expensive subscription. This is ok. I am happy to change. But it means I need to cancel my latest subscription or we need to find a way I can pay the difference.

Hello,

This just means you have to change/evolve your current subscription. In this matter, depending on your subscription: 

  • you should be able to do it by yourself: use this url for this matter.
  • if you can't change your subscription, you will have to call our customer services. You might need some help as I'm unsure your interlocutor will be able to speak english.
