Hello. I am trying to subscribe to canal plus. Every time it gets to the payment I do the payment through my bank and all is good. Then it loads back into canal plus and it just says payment refused. Don’t know what to do . The bank is clearing it. What is the problem?

First things first, I advice you to contact your bank manager and check this issue with him/her. If the reject is not on your bank side, please contact our Customer Services.

Is it a french bank? Have you tried contacting your bank account manager in order to understand why your payments have been denied?
