My debit card has run out but I cannot pay using any of my new or existing cards. I have authorised via app with bank and special code and my bank states that they have refused no payments. I have entered new debit card plus given my iban to enable direct payments but still I cannot have my subscription continued. Please advise.

Which bank are you referring to? Is this bank located in EU?
