I made a cancellation 3 days after the subscription, but you withdrew the fee from my account.
I haven't been noticed that there would be 50 Euros of access fee, and made a cancellation right after the subscription.
But you have already withdrew 65 Euros of access fee + monthly fee from my account. May I assume you will refund it within a few weeks?
I know I can cancel it within 14 days without any charge, and even you offered 1 month free subscription. It doesn't make any sense to charge me.
Please revert me at your earliest. Thanks.
