I wanted to rent the movie "The Grand Chemin" today. It costs 3.99 HD, or 2.99 SD. Every time I hit 'pay' it says 'payment refused'. See the attached screenshot, and the red text below the number. I tried with two different cards. I spoke with the bank, and Canal never even attempted the charge. Would like to rent this movie. Thanks. ***** p.s. I don't know who all can see this message, and it has a copy of the card number, so I just froze the card. Of course, the card was not frozen when I charged the movie to it.
