Just à little question : how do you want to subscribe to Canal+ ? If it's by internet without commitment for PC, tablet or smartphone, I think you will need necessary a bank card valid in France but if it's using the satellite decoder with a commitment try to find a french friend to do the translation at phone.

Here you only see subscribers and not Canal+ customer service. I think you will need to open a bank account in France to take out your subscription.
