Hi Timothy,

It is indeed the reason why you can't use myCANAL. It is supposed to be available only in Europe. Using a VPN will not help either as you should get the same kind of error panel.

Yes. It will not download os Mac, iOS or apple tv. Could it be because I am in Australia?

Did you try to delete the myCANAL download app and to install it again ?
