I apologize for writing this in English, but I have no French proficiency to speak of.

I am contacting you because my Canal+ account was created without my consent. I do not know who used my e-mail address to create the account. I know it wasn't me or someone in my family.

I would like to ask you to terminate my account immediately, as I have not created the account and am not interested in the services Canal+ offers.
