meme pb pour moi. Impossible de lire la presse via cafeyn. Ecran noir avec la mention: une erreur est survenue. Veuillez changer de page ou recharger votre navigateur. Que faire? Merci.

J'ai trouvé la solution en ce qui me concerne : IL SUFFIT DE METTRE A JOUR MICROSOFT EDGE... ou bien d'installer un autre navigateur, par exemple Mozilla Firefox.

Sur PC, connexion à Cafeyn ok avec identifiant canal.
Mais ensuite impossible de lire un magazine.
Il lance l'ouverture du magazine puis écran noir avec le message :
Une erreur est survenue, veuillez changer de page ou recharge votre navigateur.

pas de changement toujours le même problème , même chose pour Télérama

Même problème depuis hier CAFEYN inaccessible.

sur tablette IOS quand on lance l'application Cafeyn depuis my canal en renseignant les identifiants canal une fenêtre s'ouvre avec
