How can I pay my unpaid bill from abroad?

Hi, I visited France months ago and signed up to a Canal+ Panorama while I was there using my card, issued in Canada, without any problem. I am now back in Canada, and I am unable to pay my bill, as the system rejects my card. I tried with 5 different cards (Visa, Mastercard, and even American Express) and none of them works. I also can't contact Customer Service as any link I click on redirects me to https://client.canalplus.com/impaye automatically.
The worst part is I don't speak French, so I am getting desperate. Does anyone know how I can solve this, or if the Customer Service agents possibly speak English?
Any advice is appreciated.
