Some channels missing, from 1 to 4 for example, I tried advanced search and everything. Any idea what I can do?

You wrote earlier that you already tried a channel search. Did you do a "quick one" or an "advanced one"? If you haven't done it yet, try and do a "quick one" (paremeters > Satellite > Recherche des chaînes > Recherche Rapide).

If by doing that, you obtain the error message "Problème de réception" on the missing channels, it means the issue comes from your installation. Consequently, you will have to check your satellite dish (or make it check by an installer).

Good day Olivier. Yes, it’s black. One of the receivers has more channels. I tried switching antenna inputs, but other receivers still get less channels. All devices have connection to both internet and satellite.

I assume you are using a CANAL+ Device (Le Décodeur CANAL+). The black one.

Have you ever been able to access those channels from Monaco? Or for example did you move there recently?

Is your device connected on both internet and satellite?

From Monaco. I have 4 of Canal+ USX8001CNL devices. And for example channels from 1 to 4 are missing on 3 of the receivers, but the other one has those channels. I tried switching antenna cables, but it is still same thing.
