I keep receiving request to pay,although i have never asked for your services and never watched any of your programs simply because we do not live in france we only visit for few days every now ande then. last may we called you and sent you a letter to cancel and you told us that i should pay first to cancel my subscription, the thing which we did , yet you are still asking for payment....pls. cancel any subscription with you immediatly.

Please I want to cancel it because I don't use to watch any program please stop taking money in my account I asked for cancellation from many many time and you continue taking money from my account I'm not working I don't use to watch any program on CANAL PLUS
